It looks black but it is navy blue, super gorgeous with POCKETS! The flowers give it a nice detail! Motivated to sell! Size 4 but could fit smaller and I’m usually a size 6 and it fit me. laliniebbia @tkoaxd heels were 4.7 inches and the hem was taken up so i could walk, but can be let out again! In the first picture, I’m barefoot so my heels weren’t on!
