Hey! Just wanted to let you know I dropped the Kendall and Hyde Satchel off at the post office on Tuesday and am told it's officially shipped, the tracking info just hasn't updated yet! Should be good by the end of the weekend though :)

Hi there, I just open a ticket for the briefcase That I just bought that is losing some hardware (2 D rings to convert it to a backpack) and also the briefcase is medium not large as was advertised let me know if you can wave $80.00-$100 dollars for the hardware missing and the wrong description, pictures were attached in the ticket opened, I figure out the size because my laptop does not fit. thanks in advance
