crystgirl I HATE receiving a broken eyeshadow palette! So for that reason, I focus my packaging on wrapping up my orders very WELL, not fancy & cute...Because of THAT, the customer GIVE me 2/5 & because of that one review, I don't have a perfect 5/5 score...sucks! but any way it's nice to meet you! message if I can help or anything & thanks again😄💕

crystgirl @lindsayc272 sadly she didn't say nothing untill after receiving her package, & then wrote up a review saying, I could have tried better, at making it look nice! then give me 2/5 Star's. Poshmark did say that, people won't be able to see the reviews only love notes..

But she figured for what she paid, it should look like I am a billion $ company sending her something all DONE up... oh well nothing I can do now but tell my buyers that it's not wrapped up all fancy but it will, come in perfect condition..They so far don't care, only that one SO far...☺
