Beautifully handmade by Etsy shop Home Cooked Karma bell Bottoms in hunter green velvet. Size 6, 27” waist and 37” hips with a 32” inseam. Waist band can be rolled down for a mid waist look or kept high for high waist action. Barely worn. Just trying to make back what I paid so I can purchase the correct size for me now.
