Hi! Is the back solid or does it have a cut out? And is the band around the waist elastic.

@christine85308 Hello! The back does not have a cut out, it is just the mesh/breathable material. Also, the band is not elastic as it does not get tighter in the band area. I can upload pictures of the back later too! :)
