@kristinamars200 I think that it is plated, the only marking I could find on it looks like a "P2" or something (see last photo), and I'm sorry to say I'm not certain on the stone size. This was from my mother-in-law's collection and she's passed so I wasn't the one to purchase it. Sorry I know that doesn't help much 😕
