are the measurements the size of it laying flat? or what they can stretch up to? lol my waist is 29in and hips are 33in what size would you reccomend?

@jencrawf0rd The numbers in the description refer to what measurements these would fit. So with the waist 29 and hips 33, I'd go with XL or XXL. Don't be alarmed by it, they really do run small. But they are so pretty and sexy on :)

@kruse89 Hi! I pulled out 3XL to re-check. The band does stretch up to 42” if pulled with hands, but I don’t know if it’ll be comfortable enough, so it doesn’t cut into the high hip, where it sits. You can try, it may work. If it doesn’t, you can always reposh 😉

@xo4esh you said these run small but based on the measurements for sizing, I wouldn’t fit into any of those. I usually wear a medium in underwear. With these measurements I don’t know if going up to a large is enough or if any of these sizes will fit at all.
