koutureb@socialbumblebee The inside of the dress is very smooth, so not itchy. The material on the outside is shimmer so it is a bit rougher to the feel. But I don’t think it’s itchy. To answer your previous question I’ve measured the waist best I can I believe it is approx 30-32 inches
