Playtime Silver Sparkle Stars Tutu, Girl's Tutu, Sparkly Tutu, Solid Colored Tutu, Toddler Tutu, Toddler Skirt Each Silver Sparkle Basic Tutu is made of three layers of soft, fluffy tulle with the top layer covered with silver sparkle stars, and a satin-covered elastic waistband. The waist measures approximately 16" relaxed and will stretch to about 28" in circumference. The tulle skirt measures about 11.5" in length. This tutu fits most kids between ages 2-8 years.
