What are the measurements flat at chest and waist? What’s the fabric content? Is it lined? Does it stretch?

@strahotna Hi. The bust is 35 inches. The waist is 30 inches. It is 100% polyester but it is not glossy. The dress does not stretch because it is lined and the lining does not stretch (even though the polka dot fabric does). There is a zipper on the side that goes approximately to the waist.
