jessicajeanc@njgrl54 Yes, they are actual measurements with a sewing measuring tape. But I do have to say ā€˜all measurements are approximateā€™ so I canā€™t say EXACTLY 34. But I sell mostly jeans, all measured the same way, and Iā€™ve never had a complaint. šŸ˜„
