NWT Transitions brand Silk Trumpet Skirt. Tag says black & white splash color pattern. Fully lined with 100% silk shell. Has wraparound vertical silk ribbon detail leading towards the flared trumpet style pleating on the lower hem. Fit & flare style. No pockets or slits. Zippers down middle back. Fixed waistband. Only flaw is small minor smudge on back right hip side. Barely noticeable & probably will wash out with cleaning. Sz 4, no stretch. Approx. measurements: waist 29” hips 36” length 24”
