@zanesmomoh I think large in this style would fit great. pit to pit ~18.5in, waist ~15in, hip area flares out, length ~ 40in. I don't see the material tag, just the care instruction tag. but according to my supplier when I first purchased, it's polyester. hope these help. have a great day!
