Hi. 1) where and how large is the spot on the back? 2) where is the tear on the front and is it the seam that is torn? Is the coat warm and does the lining come out?

@ripongirl Hi there, I am on my way home now so when I arrive home I will pull the coat out and respond to your questions. I do know now that the lining is not removable and the coat is warm. I actually love this coat but it does not fit me any longer, it is too small😔 I will get back to you on the spot and tear.
