Hot Pink Retro Style Polka Dot Dress w/ waist tie

I LOOOOVE THIS DRESS, and I know someone else will too. It doesn’t fit me anymore but this dress was my go-to for some time! You can dress it up, down, pair with a jean jacket or sweater to wear it year round. Size 10, but I would say it fits best anywhere up to size 10. The tie at the waist makes it wearable for many sizes. When I bought it, I was a size 4! One of the strings that you can loop the tie through is broken... but, I always tied it and never needed the string.
