Limited Design Studio Skirt EUC!

Pretty, flown skirt with pleated gathers and elastic waistband (3" wide). In excellent used condition, it measures 18" from top of waistband to bottom and 15" in waistband which is stretchy. Black slip lining and pockets on both sides-so cute and functional! 100% polyester lining. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Beautiful skirt for a variety of occasions. (top not for sale).
