kimmydawn526 for the small on these awesome pants I don't understand what 13 men's I wear Size 0-2, possibly 4 in certain brands but with my Autoimmune illness I lose weight & then getting, & then I wear Size 25,26 & Getting clear to 27 if I gain Maybe 5 more pounds, So I'm not sure what 13 means
