I’m always willing to negotiate with reasonable offers. I keep my items in a clean pet-free smoke-free home and because I’m a shopaholic many of my items have only been worn once or not at all. Also I take very good care of my items...those that have been gently worn are hand washed and hung to dry so very little fading or other signs of wear. jami_holder Ownership of the property is doing everything they can to reopen Q1 of this year. I sure hope they do because I have purchased a New wardrobe of Saint suits, Chanel handbags, eight pairs of shoes and more and more and more.
