Pit to pit 20 1/2 inches 24 inches (about) from shoulder hem to waist As for sizing this isn’t my size so it’s hard to say, I’m selling for a friend but it doesn’t seem like an oversized large if that makes sense This brand is for young women not exactly junior from what their website shows I’ve also added an extra photo of the websites Sizing Chart
