melvy310 @marissafortson hi love sorry for just seeing your question but these do run true to size I would recommend the 9 but like you said we did sell out maybe you can get away with a 8.5 but it's not a guarantee.

melvy310 @bheckenberg no love these aren't adjustable unfortunately the buckle is just part of the design. We do have other styles that are just not these.
