aefleenor01 hi! I'm unable to read the measurements you have using the tape measure. my daughter is a 34B and has a 26/27 inch waist. usually wears a 4 but I'd like to see if this would possibly fit. thanks!

Here are the Appx Measurements: Armpit to Armpit: 16" (32" ) Waist: 13.5" (27") Shoulder to Hem Length: 35" Although the dress is not stretchy material, it does have has some give, plus it is a halter back style , and it is a bit vintage therefore naturally runs small. It may fit your daughter just fine but of course no guarantee.
