Beautiful black watch hooded cape with matching quilt from O’Neill of Dublin both are a wool, acrylic, polyester mixture. The kilt has straps that crisscross along with two buckles at the side and a kilt pin. Both still have the tags on them and say size extra small 1/2. I feel more like a 2

I’m seriously interested in this piece, however does it have any stains/discoloration, rips, holes, odd smells or other flaws? How many inches or centimeters long are the cape and tartan? And what percentage of wool is the cape? Also, how scratchy or soft are both items?
