Very cool handmade purse made from 2 recycled license plates. It measures 6 inches long, 6 inches tall and about 2 inches wide. The inside is lined in black velvet flock. Strap is adjustable. Obviously not an everyday bag, but will be a traffic stopper for your night out! Note that this is made from real, used license plates and may contain scratches, dings/dents, slight discoloration. spencerlopez Hi @roddypooh84, yes it is new. I crafted all of these bags. This is new and has not been used by anyone. Just keep in mind that the bags are all made with used license plates and may contain marks, imperfections or slight discoloration from use. But all plates are cleaned throughly before use. I also only select the best in my inventory to use for the bags. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks!

spencerlopez Please note that I hand craft each of these bags. Materials can cost around $20 per bag and each bag take almost two hours to make from start to finish.
