melnelwel I have been wearing Stubbs for 30 years. I have about 35 pairs. When I started collecting the new ones I bought were about $150-200. I continued buying them because they are the most comfortable shoes ever for my feet. After a while I waited until they were on sale. I have yet to see them for $500.00 unless they were special orders which must be what yours are. Yours are in good condition but too expensive for my blood. Good luck!!

melnelwel PS: I live in California. It looks like you live on East coast. That must be the reason for our difference in pricing of shoes. We lived in NYC and Connecticut for 8 years and realize now how much difference there is in cost of living. We haven’t had heater on in our Southern CA coastal home for the 25 years we have lived in it!

simply_sold Winters are a bit rough but we enjoy the four seasons for sure! These shoes belong to a consignment client of mine, I run an online consignment business you coming and the retail on these on the S&W website was for $500.....I did a search for sold comparisons and the average sale prices ranged from $150-$295 (per-owned). Since I sell for others I try and get them as much return as I can for their initial investment.....
