I am also typically 37.5-38 in European sizes and this pair is just slightly long on me so I would say if you have slightly longer feet for a 7.5 then I think you would be fine, my feet are slightly wide so that’s mostly why I sized up. I hope this helps! It’s tough with feet 🦶 lol
