209 WST 38 sweater dress

NWT - 3/4 length sleeve. Two layers on the skirt to make it look like a wrap. The top layer to the skirt is Asymmetrical. Super soft and comfy yet dressy. I got this half off and felt like I couldn’t pass it up however it’s just slightly too small for me.
