KC Collections girl girl’s winter heavy warm jacket coat. Very good preowned condition, no defects, only light signs of wear. Zips up and also has snaps and buttons, has a hood and belt. Please see photo for fabric content, dry. clean only. Colors are gray, black and fuchsia pink. Size is XL, 14/16. Measures laying flat 19 inches from armpit to armpit, 26 inches shoulder to bottom.

does it have pockets?
does this jacket have pleats ? I'm wanting a specific look and I'm not sure what it's called but I'm hoping for tie waist then sort of twirls like a skirt mite but if course fabric is heavy so it does not actually twirl lol I prob sound crazy
