Hi! Wondering if you could give me the armpit to armpit measurement with the garment lying flat please? Also, how stretchy is the fabric please? Thank you very much!

It is 14.5 inches from armpit to armpit. It does have stretch but if stretch too much the metallic logo looks to thin and some under fabric peeks through.
