@weimerlisa1 It appears to be 26 1/2 inches. I'm not the best at measuring but I posted another picture with the measuring tape of you want to check. Let me know if you have any other questions. They've never been worn.

@sdlee1983 I added a photo of me stretching the jeans if this helps. They're 2% spandex so there's a little stretch. I'm not sure about true to size though because I don't usually wear junior sizes so I'm not sure how it would compare to another size 5.
