Hi, I was wondering if width C corresponds to a narow to normal girth foot? I also was wondering what shank strength inserts come with the shoes? Many thanks.

@shazoz19 I would say C corresponds to a normal / wider foot . I wear a width 4 in Russian Pointe for comparison. The shank inserts are for a hard shank . Only one pair has inserts. Let me know if you have any other questions:)
