I know this is a tough question but if you are normally in between sizes (S & M) based on the fit what way would you go?

Hello, I think that would depend on your waist size, the small and medium both run true to size, the small has a 26” waist measurement, and the medium is 30” around the waist. The waistbands are stretchy too.

In my opinion I think the small would be a better fit for you, the medium might be frustrating to wear, it might be too loose
