Gorgeous dress in vibrant colour with a funnel collar that can be turned up for dramatic effect! Waist measures 13.5" flat-across, without stretching the elastic. Also has 2 front slit pockets! :)
Marked a size 4, but would be best on a medium or sz 8-10US. Please see above measurements.

@ficeberg Hi! Hips (flat-across) - 23.5" and length is 38.5", taken from back of neck to bottom hem. It's meant to be loose around the chest and hips. Gorgeous dress and colour!!!
