Floral romper has long bell sleeves and V front by Vintage Havana is in like new condition. Size Large. 32” long. VINTAGE HAVANA floral romper with bell sleeves, elastic waistband and flouncy V cut. There is NO button or snap closure on neckline to close up the open cut of the romper. This is how it was made, either add a snap,closure or wear with bralette.
