WHO I AM Tropical Open Wrap Around Pants & Top Size 6 Pants are completely open on the sides with a wrap around skirt that ties in front with white shorts underneath The top has a hook & eye closure (this would probably need to be re-tacked), ties in the front, and has adjustable spaghetti straps. The back is smocked elastic. Perfect for a cruise or tropical vacation!! Excellent condition and has just been laundered.
