genevievert3@laurensecrets hi there Poshmark ended up cancelling the order because of their delay shipping policy 😞 so I’ve resubmitted an offer for the small city sweat hoodie. I know you’re in new mom mode, which I understand as my new granddaughter is only 6 weeks, but if you could please accept my offer again and ship out today as you mentioned, I would really appreciate it 😁

Sep 29Reply

genevievert3@laurensecrets i had to resubmit my offer because the platform cancelled it for delayed shipping as per their policy. Can you please accept it and ship the hoodie? 🙏. Please let me know

sable_closetWelcome to Poshmark! My name is Irina and I am a Poshmark Ambassador. Poshmark is a lot of fun and you are going to love it. A few words: if you are selling, sharing is important. it is the best way to bring attention to your closet by sharing items from another sellers. if you are buying remember to like or bundle to get a better offer. Don't be shy to counter offers :) If you have any questions feel free to reach out. I am learning as well but will be happy to help!

Oct 21Reply

wgardham@canadaoverstock I ordered the Along the Way Lululemon dress a week ago and it still says Pending Shipment... What is going on? I'm really looking forward to getting my purchase so please let me know why it hasn't been sent out yet.

Nov 12Reply

laurensecrets@wgardham hey there! Everything was shipped out Monday. I'm not sure why but we have been having some issues with the local post office here. While some orders update immediately others sometimes sit in pending for several days. We notify Poshmark when it happens but outside of that we have been unable to come up with a solution. All items end up being delivered but it is inconvenient to not be able to check tracking. We hope we can find a resolution soon!

Nov 12Reply

wgardham@canadaoverstock hello! Does that mean you no longer have the dress and it was shipped out to me even though Poshmark has cancelled my order? Please let me know if you have a medium in the olive green Along the way dress from Lululemon. I have been looking for it since last year and I was so excited when I purchased it from you.

Nov 12Reply

laurensecrets@wgardham it was shipped out but it has not updated yet in tracking. There might be an issue with the package itself as it went out with several others which are all tracking properly. I've notified Poshmark of the issue but if they cancelled the order perhaps the package is being returned to us because of an issue with the label. If we get the item back I will let you know but it might still arrive at your house. Hope for the best!

Nov 13Reply

wgardham@canadaoverstock please let me know if it gets returned back to you as I would love to buy it again!! Otherwise I will keep hoping it shows up in my mailbox :)

Nov 14Reply
