prettysunshine2 @psrpsr yes it has stretch to it. The hip measurements are alittle tough to get because I don’t know how long your torso is. However the widest part of the dress is approximately 32”. Let me know if you need anything else, I’m happy to help. Thanks for considering pretty lady.! 😊
