@sttella22 Hi The seam where the green materials starts measures at about 12.5" - note there is some stretch to the material (it's a really comfy and forgiving dress) but that it isn't exactly a waist measurement because the skirt part starts a little higher. @sttella22 that’s a tough one! I’m a waist 25 in jeans and skirts - if you want to err on the side of caution it might be good to look for a size small.
