caligiuri1969 @jenniferlov2000 directly at the bust line, the lace fabric panel measures about 6” across on each side. On you, it’ll probably fit like pic 5. I’m “c” too and that looks about right. If you’re looking for complete coverage, this one might not be for you.

caligiuri1969 @goldilocks4 Hi Grace, It measures from strap to crotch about 24”. Your best bet is to compare it to a bodysuit that fits you nicely. This gets great ratings but if you’re a large cup size, it may not work for you.
