peachkid111 @rachaelsarah hi hun, it depends on how tight / form fitting you’ll like it but i think you’re a size S! It’s very stretchy. Your measurements are exactly the same as mine and I fit snugly in size S and a little less tight in size M but my ankle area look a little loose in it. If you dont want the leggings to be tight, then size M would be best. Also waist is 26in for S and 28in for M. Hope that helps!
