ABS Collection silk mini dress prom or wedding, strapless bodice size 4

My measurements: Height: 5’7 Bra size: 32C (?) Size 28 pants fit me well… ABS Collection size 4 formal strapless mini dress. Flowing teal and pink silk with a structured princess cut bodice and waist bow tie. I wore the dress once for my prom then my friend borrowed it for hers the next year, so it’s lightly used, but has since been dry cleaned. I’d wear it again if I could think of a way to lengthen it, so until then… seeing if anyone else is interested! 27” length 14” across bust 13” across waist
