Cynthia Steffe US 4 Armpit to armpit: 36” Waist: 29 Length: 37” This is a showroom sample. It is brand new but it has not tag or label inside. I got it from the Cynthia STEFFE showroom. It is a gorgeous purple cowl neck dress. It is pretty, feminine and great for every weather. There are some snags on the dress, in the picture you can see that in the front chest area there are some Snags. This can become more subtle by trimming some of these snags. Otherwise gorgeous on!!
