@tracyg124 Thank you so much for your question. I measured all three sizes armpit to armpit and posted the photos above. Use a shirt from your closet that fits perfect and lay it flat. Measure Armpit to Armpit to see which size would work best. Large is Approx 22”, Med is Approx 20” and Small is Approx 18. Happy Poshing🌼
