Handmade, primitive crate created most likely during the Great Depression. My favorite kind of vintage is primitive design... Pieces created from whatever was laying around at the time that could construct something else that was useful. denimdaisyLove this!! Our house was built in 1920 & we found one of these in our shed. It looks to be made from a recycled crate. They are super lovely for gardening. You can use it as a planter or to store seed packets, etc.
