fashionmellow @missjessamina Hello! Fully laid out is 20”. If I let it loose and measure it’s 16”. The lining has stretch but the overlay does not. Really pretty color😍

fashionmellow @missjessamina The overlay extends to 20” and its seam to seam under the armpit. The straps are adjustable as well.

fashionmellow @missjessamina Hello again. I pulled out the dress and tried on the small. I’m 5’5” and usually a 6 in dresses. Had a ton of room all around. I don’t have narrow hips and I could step into the dress. PTP on the small is 18” stretched and it let my 38” hips slide on by. I’ve had this dress for a while, which is why it is priced to sell. Nothing is wrong with it, just clearing out. Have a great week!
