NWT Button Down Mini Skirt

NWT Size large button down mini skirt by Chloe & Katie brand. Beautiful burn orange/brown color with buttons down front/ buttons are not functional. zipper closure in back. Material has a firmness to it- holds it shape. Never been worn in new condition.
