anitacruz@koutureb hi still for sale?

Apr 19Reply

Is this listing inappropriate? Report Listing

kkwklosettHi, Is this the only color available?

Apr 11Reply

koutureb@kk_w Hello! Yes currently we only have these in Heather Grey.

Apr 11Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb okay and is the price negotiable? Or firm?

Apr 11Reply

koutureb@kk_w price is negotiable. Changing the status of this listing as our vendor will not be able to ship this to me until April 15. If interested I can keep a size reserved for you.

Apr 11Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb It’s okay I’ll just wait, I’ll come back from time to time to check.

Apr 11Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb Thank You.

Apr 11Reply

koutureb@kk_w Anytime. Thank you !

Apr 11Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb No problem- Your welcome.

Apr 11Reply

kypesosare these still available?

Apr 21Reply

koutureb@kypesos Yes these are still available. 💚

Apr 21Reply

kypesosis the price negotiable? will you take $30?

Apr 21Reply

koutureb@kypesos 36$

Apr 21Reply

kkwklosettThese are back in stock?? :) :) Also I know you told me this was the only color available- but do you plan on selling other colors within the near future?

Apr 21Reply

kkwklosettAlso I’m 5’9 with long legs and I have ordered stacked leggings before and medium fit fine. Do you think I should order medium or large since every company is different in sizing. Or do you possibly know the height of the model or what size she is wearing in the pictures?

Apr 21Reply

ashly_dianeIf I buy mow when will I receive them ?

Apr 21Reply

koutureb@kk_w For your first question, I will be getting colors Red and Black May 15th. For size, the model is wearing a small,34 inches inseam 44 inches from waist. I can give you the measurements for medium a bit later.

Apr 21Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane I will ship tomorrow.

Apr 21Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb Hi, thanks for responding back so quickly. I just measured myself and based on the models size measurements- I believe a medium would fit me fine, because the model measurements are somewhat similar to mines. I just wanted to know because I didn’t want to get it then I figure out it’s to short or to tight. Thanks again.

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane Thanks for the purchase! We are preparing your order for shipment! 💕Shop with us again soon. Happy Poshing ~ !

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@kk_w Totally understand, we of course want them to fit you perfectly. I was not able to get the measurement tonight, but I will get it to you as soon as I am able.

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb It’s no problem- I was gonna order a medium now when do you believe you’ll be able to ship it?

Apr 22Reply

kouturebWill be shipping tomorrow. If you change your mind on the size by tomorrow just leave a comment, and i'll swap the sizes.

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@kk_w That message above was for you.

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb Okay- I’m gonna go with a medium. Thanks so much for your time and patience.

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@kk_w Anytime! Thanks for purchasing, shop with us again soon 😊.

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb No Problem- Your Welcome and Thanks Again.

Apr 22Reply

ashly_dianeHey will I be receiving tracking when you ship ?

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane Hey, yes you will receive tracking information when we print your shipping label and get your package to the post office.

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane and @kk_w Hey Ladies, I just inspected these orders for quality purposes, and realize that the pants have a split at the bottom as dipicted in the vendors red version of these pants, and not clear in the grey images. Ive uploaded the image. Let me know if you still want to proceed with purchase or would like a refund. Thank you! And sorry for inconvenience. I want to make sure you ladies know what you will be receiving. Let me know.

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb So the pants do have splits at the bottom?

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb Because if it does I’m okay with it but am I able to switch it to Large instead of medium due to the slit at the bottom?

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@kk_w Yes I can swap them. and yes they do have a split. I will upload a customer pic.

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb Okay, then that’s totally okay with me. I have seen both styles and like them both. Thanks for switching and notifying me ahead of time.

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@kk_w Thats great to hear, we have just finished packing up your order. Thanks for being a great customer!

Apr 22Reply

kkwklosett@koutureb No thank you- your communication was great. I already have a good feeling that you’ll see more comments and purchases from me in the near future- especially when you start selling other colors on May 15.

Apr 22Reply

sricks0721Are these still available?

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@sricks0721 Yes, we have 1 medium left.

Apr 22Reply

sricks0721Ok i want to order how long shipping need by Saturday?

Apr 22Reply

koutureb@sricks0721 If you order now, I will be leaving shortly to take orders to the post office. I believe priority mail delivers 1-3 business days after shipping. But I cannot guarantee that USPS will have them to you by Saturday. Especially with all of the COVID-19 delays affecting deliveries.

Apr 22Reply

ashly_dianeHey I actually love them with the split thank you for communicating. Can you please tell me the measurements on the waist of the small ?

Apr 23Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane Hey, glad to hear. We’ve actually sold out of the small so I won’t be able to measure at this time. Your package has been shipped tonight, you should receive updated tracking information in the morning. The pants do have a good amount of stretch. If unhappy when you receive, return within 1-3 business days and we will issue a refund. Thanks for being a great customer ! ✨

Apr 23Reply

ashly_dianeHello I have not received any tracking it still saying my shipment is pending a scan ?

Apr 24Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane Hello! Sorry that Poshmark has not updated yet. I will bring this issue to their attention. I do have your tracking number, I will provide it to you so that you can view tracking information on USPS.

Apr 24Reply

Apr 24Reply

koutureb@ashly_diane Its in your bundles, not offers. I left you a comment there.
