Betsey Johnson cream floral maxi dress

Sort of an unusual piece for Betsy Johnson, an older piece circa 2009. This charmeuse maxi has a smocked bodice and spaghetti straps with dusty rose lace and a ribbon tie at the neckline, and a loose tiered skirt. Off-white with a delicate vintage-inspired floral and subtle skull print. Slips on easily. Only been worn once. Would look better on someone taller than very short me. Like the model in this photo.
