@briwilliams0002 absolutely yes! Laying flat measuring bust at 12, stretched is 15, waist at 9, stretched at 13. This is a very sturdy type of material and there is a lot of stretch making it very form fitting and flattering. Because of stretch, it made a little difficult to measure accurately.
