Birthday Fascinator with Confetti Veil 🎉

This pillbox style white fascinator has an ivory veil with bright colored chenille dots reminiscent of confetti. The chenille dots are removable so you can re-position them to get your perfect birthday look. There is a white ribbon bow at the back of the hat. Adhered to a Headband. The base is contoured and the brim ranges from .75" in the back to 1.5" in the front. Measurements: 6.5" x 5.5" Material: Pre-molded faux wool felt base. Base is not pure white in color, more off white. NOTE! There are multiple available so chenille dot placement will be different than pictured.
