She conned me out of hundreds of dollars worth of new stuff then blocked me and blew me off. She never sent the stuff she traded me for. And then had the nerve to give me a one star review amd block me! Poshmark has not done a damn thing about it. So I want to make sure no one else gets scammed since they arent doing anything about this kind of activity!

shaneskate77 @fancybaby5 if you look in her closet under the bundle she has listed for me you can see exactly how she did it. she is such a liar and con artist. I was stupid to trust her and will never fo trades again. This was my first experience. I even gave her time to have the sapphires appraised. the MK bag was a new abby with tags still attached and the sapphires were almost 2.5 cts with gemstone authenticity cards included.

prettypinkshop @shaneskate77 Unfortunately, Poshmark doesn’t support Trades. It’s kind of a do it at your own risk thing. I first downloaded that app in 2012-2013ish and I knew nothing, I traded everything I had in my posh closet for a used MK bag. I was SO happy because it was my first MK bag, well needless to say I was scammed. I tried for months to get my stuff back and never got anything back. 😔 Never trade with anyone unless they have trade feed back!

shaneskate77 @fancybaby5 I get that it is trade at your own risk but Poshmark should still investigate fraudulent people using thier site to steal from others. They can see all of our conversations and that she didnt follow through and they can see that she somehow blocked me from communicating with her after she acknowledged she recieved my stuff. That is disappointing to me that they wont even deactivate her account for misconduct. I dont plan to use Poshmark moving forward. I learned my lesson.

shaneskate77 @vdunn8991 total bull shit. they were verified with gemstone reports and by a seperate reputable jeweler here in California (Poole Jewelers in Yuba City California) and regardless of the sapphires that are without a doubt authentic and natural how does your lying thieving ass justify STEALING my brand new with the tags Abby Michael Kors Backpack? That I still have a receipt for from Michael Kors Store? I despise liars and thieves!

shaneskate77 I am new to Poshmark I tend to sell and buy on Mer Cari and have perfect reviews. She steals and blocks her victims. I dont care what she says. I am warning others so she doesnt rip them off like she did me. Clearly if you read our comments you will see the entire story. I gain nothing from the truth being told. mio893 Poshmark should be able to see all that and kick whoever’s lying out. Also @vdunn8991 you should go to your email and track the package with usps since said you sent her items to her. Just track it directly from the email you received after you shipped the items or go to usps. Com and track it with the tracking number you received after you shipped, it will show the delivery status even it it’s canceled then you can post the proof that it was delivered to her.

shaneskate77 I added the proof my bundle was deli Reed to her. The bundle she says I cancelled is on my page someone else bought it right after I listed it as you can see in comments Vdunn8991 told ME to cancel that one with 3 items listed as a bundle and create a new one. Her instructions! The entire conversation is in our comments. As everyone can see in the photos her bundle was delivered and accepted! Then she gave me a bad review and blocked me.

shaneskate77 As you can also see Poshmark cancelled the bundle she was supposed to send me on 4/19 due to delayed shipping. Not a generic response it's a fact it was never sent. She can not provide a tracking number because nothing was sent. Her email to Poshmark is her telling them bullshit. After she was called out for being a thief. Anyone on here knows she is lying and her story has more holes than swiss cheese.

shaneskate77 I have all the proof and evidence I need and absolutely no reason to lie. Why would I send mine first and then be gracious enough to allow her request to have a couple days to have the stone appraised and authenticate? That makes no sense I was the only one out my stuff at that point. And convenient how that was my last correspondence with her.... because she immediately blocked me to prevent me from exposing her.

shaneskate77 The bottom line is I'm a paramedic in California me and my 10 month old son just recovered from covid 19 and I was finally able to go back to work I have 5 kilds and I'm getting ready to start law school and this drama is the last thing I really can put on my plate right now so thank you for everybody support. shaneskate77 Funny how she claims I recieved the bags and complained that one had a stain and I wanted a refund but cant provide any proof of shipping the stuff, there is no proof that conversation took place, there is no return request just a obvious cancelled sale and all her lies are unsupported with facts. Everything is documented on Poshmark. And should be easy for her to provide just like I did.

mio893 @vdunn8991 you should provide the tracking number and the proof of delivery to her. We can all look up tracking numbers. It shouldn’t take you a sec to do. That’s the only way you will clear your name. You’ve been online since I asked that but you are yet to provide it.

That she shipped me her items that I supposedly wanted a refund for because they were stained she claims we had a conversation about that? Where is the alleged conversation? Where is a single tracking number. Anyone can send an email to Posh but how is it not a single reference to the order numbers or anything. LIAR and THIEF!

katerienax I also want to make people aware of bad sellers as well. @idalmiss13 never sent my item and canceled my purchase when I was willing to pay her what she wanted. She never once communicated with me even though she was pretty active here on Poshmark. Her incompetence has caused me to miss out on other deals. Her communication is horrible. She should not be a seller.

rachel_soriano Poshmark does not support users at all. I had a similar experience and they did nothing. I’ve heard other people loose Chanel authenticity cards/get swapped with someone else’s during authentication. It’s a mess. So sorry this happened to you! So sad there are people like that out here. The number of scams makes it hard to trust

kvg91 I do not understand how they’re even still on the platform. I bought a bag outright today and they messaged the seller so they’d cancel on me and they did. Like I paid asking! I commented on the bundle I saw them doing it on and now they’re harassing me and posh isn’t doing anything. So gross. Their profile even breaks tos by having a listing with a link to a page outside of poshmark to buy from.
